Commodore 64 Tapes Converted to Cartridge Format

This project has been converting Commodore 64 tape and disk game files to cartridge files so that you can load them instantly into your emulator, or even onto a real C64.

Currently there are over 2000 titles available with more being added on each update. To get hold of the files just head over to

You’ll need to subscribe to StaMatsVidz’s channel to get the latest version but that’s all free and there are no other strings attached. Once you subscribe you should see the latest release video. View that and you’ll find the download links in the description.

Playing the Games

Once you’ve downloaded the package just extract archive and you’ll get access to the cartridge files.

In the root folder you’ll get all the standard cartridge files with special versions in a few sub folders. Check out the documentation ReadMe file for info on how to use the games with a range of hardware emulators.
